Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method:

  • We use Australia Post to handle all of our deliveries. You can trust that your order will be handled with care and delivered promptly.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard shipping within Australia starts from $10.95 AUD.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order (up to 5kg).
  • For orders over 5kg, we’ll reach out with a personalised shipping quote prior to dispatch. This allows us to offer the most accurate and cost-effective delivery option for larger parcels

Delivery Times:

  • Standard delivery times within Australia generally range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and postal delays.

Shipping to Remote Areas:

  • Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times due to the nature of the postal network in those areas. We will do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery, but please allow extra time for delivery to regional or rural areas.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we currently only offer shipping within Australia. Stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping options in the future.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note that certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products) are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
